It was nice to have a genuine agent who knew the market well but also cared for us as clients. He was always willing to help, despite the fact my partner and I lived in different cities with busy schedules and heaps of questions. He gave us many helpful suggestions on buying our first home. He is very professional and did a very in depth market analysis to help us in buying process and we were able to put an offer on a house in just 3 visits. I gave a 10 as I believe my agent Ash really went above and beyond to produce the result I needed, I needed to sell my property having already purchased another and had previously listed with another agency but achieved no results. Ash came to me and told me "he would sell my house" I felt as an agent that he was in contact often always keeping me in the loop with anything that was happening and worked hard to achieve the result he told me he would. Thanks again, Ash Braden.
He listened to my needs and did everything in his power to make this happen. I found a property, viewed it and signed contracts all within a week. Would totally recommend Ash to anyone looking at buying or selling.
